- HHH-14492 - Prefer sequence-per-entity (hierarchy) by default
- HHH-14497 - Drop `hibernate.id.new_generator_mappings` & `hibernate.model.generator_name_as_sequence_name`
- enabled existing tests and convert to JUnit5
