Added getAlterTableToAddUniqueKeyCommand(), which always returns "",
because SQLite does not support unique constraints in ALTER TABLE
statements (see here).
Added getDefaultUseGetGeneratedKey(), which always returns false, as the
Xerial driver does support GET_GENERATED_KEYS.
