This replaces a stray instance of `gutenberg_experimental_set()` with the WordPress Core version of this function, `_wp_array_set()`.
A stray `gutenberg` text domain is also removed from a `__()` call.

This replaces the dependency of the deprecated `@babel/polyfill` package with the `core-js` package through `@wordpress/babel-preset-default`.
Previously, the file consisted of a generalized group of polyfills, and not all of them were required. This change allows the contents of this file to be built according to the exact needs as dictated by the `@wordpress/babel-preset-default` package, which takes into account the current browser support.

Restore the original shape of the AJAX response data in the media library after removing infinite scroll, and pass total number of attachments in the response headers `X-WP-Total` and `X-WP-TotalPages`.
Improve backwards compatibility for plugins intercepting the ajax response. Headers match the structure and count calculation used in REST API responses.
Fix an issue with hiding the spinner after the load is completed and ensure that the load more view is created when changing tabs in the media library modal.

When passing args to `WP_Query::__construct` method (in this case, but creating a `new WP_Query`, this one internally executes the `WP_Query::get_posts` method and stores the result in the `WP_Query::posts` property. When calling the `WP_Query::get_posts` again, the same SQL query gets executed, and the result is again stored in the `WP_Query::posts` property.
This was introduced in [51003].

This ensures that not only the array values being compared are equal, but also that their type is the same.
Going forward, stricter type checking by using `assertSameSets()` or `assertSameSetsWithIndex()` should generally be preferred, to make the tests more reliable.

These warnings will still be visible in the browser console. The majority of the warnings are coming from jQuery UI, which is still waiting for a new update to be released that is jQuery >= 3.0 friendly.
This change makes the E2E test results more readable without having to tread through the large number of warnings.

This affects:

Historically, the `Requires PHP` header was introduced in #meta2952 for the Plugin Directory first, so at the time it made sense to have it defined in the same place as `Requires at least`, which only existed in `readme.txt`.
Since parsing of PHP and WordPress requirements was later added to WordPress core, the core should retrieve all the necessary data from the main plugin or theme file and not from `readme.txt`, which only contains the data meant for the Plugin or Theme Directory.
The recommended place for `Requires PHP` and `Requires at least` headers is as follows:
* The plugin's main PHP file
* The theme's `style.css` file
The place for the `Tested up to` header remains in `readme.txt` for the time being, as it's not used by WordPress core.

Fix the link returned by `get_comment_reply_link()` so the link points to the correct page of comments when links are paginated. While this link is normally overridden by the comment-reply script, if that script is disabled, the link would point to a location that did not exist when comments were paginated.

The recovery mode email is sent from within the WP_Recovery_Mode::handle_error() method, but that method is only called by the fatal error handler if WP_Recovery_Mode has been initialized. This adjusts the message to only say the email has been sent if it can be sent.

The test to confirm if Authorization headers can be used and recognized by WordPress needs to include a username and password combination that WordPress can compare against during the testing phase. The inclusion of credentials here would unfortunately also invalidate any existing basic auth session for the site, for example if the user had added this as an extra layer of security on their back-end.
This test is now skipped if the `wp_is_site_protected_by_basic_auth()` function detects that basic auth is being used, since the act of using basic auth to access the site confirms that this feature is working as expected in the first place.

In core, you can run `tests/gutenberg/run.js` script to run the Gutenberg e2e tests
against Core with the plugin being disabled. This test ensures that the integration
of the block editor with Core is working properly.
This commit updates the Gutenberg base branch to be used for the tests to be wp/trunk
which corresponds to the latest packages that are included in Core.
