perf: Don’t subclass Error; resulting in smaller binary ( #14160 )

Subclassing errors is problematic since Error returns a
new instance. All of the patching which we do than prevent
proper application of source maps.

Also remove `CompileIdentifierMetadata.equalsTo` as
