Pete Bacon Darwin 0ec0ff3bce fix(compiler-cli): fix case-sensitivity issues in NgtscCompilerHost (#36859) 
The `getCanonicalFileName()` method was not actually
calling the  `useCaseSensitiveFileNames()` method. So
it always returned a case-sensitive canonical filename.
