AdaptiveCardViewerWebPart.ts	React Class component (derives from BaseWebPart)	Used to define web part properties and bootstrap the component tree
RootComponent.tsx	React Function component	Interrogates webpart properties and establishes AppContext and initial state. Monitors CardService state and dispatches updates to viewer state.
