Scott Taylor 952a5c9971 Support chromeless Vimeo via MEjs: 
* Bump MediaElement script loader versions to 2.16.2 - missed in [30634], oops!
* Add `Froogaloop` to `js/mediaelement` scripts for Vimeo
* Check for Vimeo in the same locations that YouTube is checked
* Dynamically load Froogaloop script in admin when editing a TinyMCE view
* Edit MediaElement to call `mejs.$.extend` instead of `$.extend` in `mejs.HtmlMediaElementShim.createPlugin()`, since `$` is not available via WP's jQuery (I will report this upstream):

Andrew Ozz 441b47b28f TinyMCE wpView: when clicking on the Edit button, move the focus back to the editor before opening the modal. This is needed for IE so TinyMCE can save the proper DOM "bookmark", and makes it possible to move the focus to the modal after it is opened.

- Return focus to the editor on pressing Escape while the image toolbar is focused.
- Add a Close button to the Help modal and close it on Escape.
- Override the title on the editor iframe (read by screen reader apps), replace with the Alt+Shift+H shortcut.
- Add focus shortcuts descriptions to the Help modal.

Helen Hou-Sandí 97b412af37 Admin notices: Add more variety and make more generically usable. 
There is now a base class of `notice`, with additional classes of `notice-success`, `notice-warning`, `notice-error`, and a new blue `notice-info`.

Also corrects some misleading notice colors, such as plugin tested up to warnings and login messages.

Andrew Ozz ba10ab197b Heartbeat: 
- Use the page visibility API (when available) and document.hasFocus() instead of window.onfocus/onblur. Improves speeding up/slowing down the interval and works for iframes by default.
- Add a setting for minimal interval. Maximum value is 10 min. This overrides all other intervals and cannot be changed after setting it at initialization. Can be used to reduce the frequency of requests on hosts that have low limits for used CPU time, etc.
- Extend the setting of interval to support 120 sec. (60 sec, is still the default).
- Always suspend after one hour of keyboard/mouse/touch inactivity.

Scott Taylor 3d8e31fb82 Don't hardcode `height` for videos - this was a workaround for MediaElement internals causing problems. Responsive videos now work properly and don't cause extra whitespace. 
Fixes MediaElement by hand in the interim: https://github.com/johndyer/mediaelement/pull/1337
Video playlists were completely broken by this.

Scott Taylor fb019893f9 In `wp.Uploader`, when `uploader:ready` is triggered, set `ready` to `true` on the instance. This allows media workflows to check for an existing uploaded instance when opening. 
Without this check, workflows might wait for `uploader:ready`, which could already have been fired. This would result in an unresponsive editor dropzone.

Scott Taylor f30266acb9 Media Grid: 
* In Bulk Edit mode, don't attempt to delete or trash an attachment that doesn't have a `delete` nonce. The subsequent `_requery()` will then properly display the attachment still present in the library.
* Remove all updated models from the selection at the same time to avoid async race conditions. The selection is reset when the grid's `select` mode is deactivated, but this allows this view instance to be more portable.

This fix allows users to set caps on individual attachments without confusing the grid's library. This issue was present for bulk actions in general, had nothing to do with `MEDIA_TRASH` specifically.

Helen Hou-Sandí 9e8b9a78ca Media library: Unify headers between view modes. 
Includes back compat for `views_upload` links. These look a little awkward, but do not appear to be commonly used. Also prevents the view mode links from being dropped on smaller screens so a user doesn't get "stuck" in the list view.

This is different from other list tables, but aligns well with other uploaded content management screens (themes, plugins).

* Adjusts the focus method to target the menu for the current modal
* Refactor the FocusManager so that the method names and the functionality matches more closely with how it currently works. The changes in 4.0 to the FocusManager change the purpose of the focus manager entirely — instead of being a way to save and restore focus state, the new FocusManager is about constraining keyboard navigation via the tab key to inside the modal.

* When creating the grid toolbar, switch the setting order of subviews so that `media.view.DeleteSelectedButton` can listen to the instance of `media.view.AttachmentFilters.All` to update the text in its UI.
* Add a new filter to `media.view.AttachmentFilters.All`, `trash`, when `settings.mediaTrash` is true
* Allow the cached queries in `Query.get()` to be flushed when race conditions exist and collections need to be refreshed. This is currently only being used when `MEDIA_TRASH` is set, to refresh the filtered/mirrored collections related to `all`, `trash`, and any already queried filter.
* Cleanup the bootstrapping of `media.view.MediaFrame.Manage`
* Allow `wp_ajax_query_attachments()` to return items from the trash when `MEDIA_TRASH` is `true`
* Allow `wp_ajax_save_attachment()` to set `post_status` when `MEDIA_TRASH` is `true`. It allows `wp_delete_post()` to be called, which will trash the attachment instead of deleting when the flag is set.

Scott Taylor 935f10413e Media Grid: expose the `$.Deffered()` object in `media.view.AttachmentsBrowser.updateContent()` so the grid can call `Backbone.history.start()` when models actually exist. 
This is a lot better then `_.delay( this.pray, 1000 )`, but needs continued study.

Scott Taylor 9382741cbe Don't render Attachment Display Settings when `display` is set to `false`. Currently, the value for `display` in the `media.view.AttachmentsBrowser` instance in the `media.view.MediaFrame.Select` frame is set to the value for `displaySettings`. 
These values do different things, so check for the existence of `display` on the state before arbitrarily setting it to the `displaySettings` value.

Real world: this hides display settings when you select an image while editing a Gallery.

Fixes #28653.

Scott Taylor 78518beb6b When gallery settings are overridden, the JS-generated shortcodes need to check the new defaults before deleting attributes that it suspects are the same as the original default values. 
`wp.media.collection` has a new method to do this: `setDefaults()`.	Also flips the use of `_.extend` to allow this method to be overriden on instance creation.

Helen Hou-Sandí b7445ec8a4 Media Grid Attachment Details modal UI improvements: 
* Align better visually with the existing media modal and the post image edit modal.
* Add back a link to the full attachment edit screen (post.php).
* Add a title to the modal and move prev/next buttons next to the more-consistent close button.
* Remove mode tabs (metadata vs. image editing) in favor of the Edit Image button.

Still to come: responsive, IE8 testing and targeted CSS (calc() usage), general CSS cleanup.

Scott Taylor e75d42daff Cleanup after [29179]: 
* Remove `wp.media.mixin.pauseAllPlayers()` - was only ever intended to be used in MCE views, reaches too far into global scope. Rendered irrelevant since [28364].
* Remove `wp.media.mixin.pausePlayers()` - added in [28364]. MCE views no longer keep track of player instances and call mixin methods, they refer to their child iframes and call MEjs methods on the iframe's `window.mejs.players`.
